About OrderLocal

We believe restaurants should keep what they earn.

OrderLocal was built because we watched local pizzerias, sub shops, and family restaurants hand over 15-30% of every order to delivery apps. That's not a service fee -- that's a tax on being visible online.

A small pizzeria doing $2,000 a week through DoorDash is losing $600 a week in commissions. Over $31,000 a year. That's a second employee. A new oven. Real money taken out of a local business owner's pocket.

We think that's wrong. So we built a platform that does one thing: gets your menu online, lets customers order, and charges nothing per order. One flat monthly rate. Zero commission. Your money stays yours.

How we're different

No commission. Ever. We charge a flat monthly fee. DoorDash takes 30%. Grubhub takes 20%. Uber Eats takes 30%. A $30 order on OrderLocal costs you $0 in fees. The same order on DoorDash costs you $9. Every single time.

Your brand, not theirs. Delivery apps put your food next to your competitors. They own the customer. With OrderLocal, customers order from YOUR site. They see YOUR logo. They come back to YOU.

Built for real restaurants. We're not generic e-commerce. Our modifier system handles half-and-half pizzas, per-topping pricing, and size variations -- things delivery apps either don't support or charge extra for.

Maryland-based. We're in Harford County. We know the restaurants here. We eat at them. This isn't a Silicon Valley startup trying to disrupt food -- it's a local service for local businesses.
